Inside the house
The modern kitchen is well equipped with a farmhouse range, hob, dish washer, freezer, fridge, microwave, washing machine and clothes dryer. The house is rented as self-catering.

The large dining room has seating for 12.

The cosy living room has an open fire and comfortable chairs.  The sun-filled conservatory is an ideal place for reading, family games, listening to the radio or watching TV.

Wireless broadband is being provided shortly to allow access to the Internet for visitors.

There are 5 bedrooms made up of  3 twin bedded rooms, 1 double bedroom and 1 double bunk room.  All rooms except the bunk room have basins.  The master bedroom on the top floor has an en suite bathroom and commands panoramic views of the Blackwater Estuary.  All linen is provided.


Outside the house
The house has a large, well-kept garden.  Most of the garden is enclosed by an ornate stone and brick wall, complete with towers. 

There is a duck pond in front of the house.

There is ample parking in the yard behind the house.
